Responsibilities
Receive and process new title orders from real estate clients, law firms, and lenders
Navigate WebTitle's proprietary data systems to research order history and ensure accuracy
Coordinate with field vendors and researchers to ensure timely completion of title searches
Track multiple orders simultaneously, troubleshooting delays and keeping deals on schedule
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the order process
Provide order confirmations, status updates, and timeline management
Build and maintain professional relationships with external vendors and internal team members
Represent WebTitle with professionalism in all client and vendor interactions
Learn and apply knowledge of various WebTitle products and services
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and recommend operational enhancements
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced transaction environment
Contribute to team efficiency and department goals
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail. In this role, accuracy isn't optional, it's everything
Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple concurrent orders and deadlines
High memory retention and quick learning ability
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ability to learn proprietary systems
Reliable availability for standard business hours (40 hours/week)
