Responsibilities

Collect and analyze downtime data to improve plater uptime
Make improvement recommendations based on real-time and historical data
Provide technical support to production by recommending process parameters that maximize throughput
Facilitate, coordinate, and support all activities related to implementing process improvements
Develop and maintain clear operating procedures for plater operators
Ensure the critical spare parts inventory is maintained and available
Maintain and improve the electrowinning process through accurate logging of process times and bath analysis
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support equipment and production employees as needed
Help promote a positive, collaborative, team-oriented work environment

Required

Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Previous experience in electroplating
Previous experience in a production environment
Previous experience in project management
Good time management and proven multi-tasking ability
Demonstrated initiative and urgency when driving improvements

Preferred

High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience managing or leading a team
