Sales Trader
CAE is seeking a Sales Trader to join their elite New York Desk, focusing on the global semiconductor markets. The role involves proactive client outreach, executing buy/sell transactions, and contributing to team revenue goals in a high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities
Proactively source, contact, and build relationships with counterparties across global markets (heavy outreach, cold calling, and business development)
Identify and execute profitable buy/sell transactions, leveraging CAE’s proprietary data and analytics
Conduct market and pricing research to identify new trading opportunities
Negotiate and structure commercial agreements between buyers and sellers
Lead transaction execution in coordination with internal analytics and settlement teams
Continuously expand your client base and contribute directly to team revenue goals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales, brokerage, or client-facing experience with proven revenue generation
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and managing multiple active deals
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Residency in the NY Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT)
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
A competitive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
English fluency
Valid U.S. work authorization required. Visa sponsorship not available
Preferred
Additional European languages are a plus
