Implementation-Conversion Analyst w/ Bank Loan Operations Experience
FIS is a global leader in fintech, and they are seeking an Implementation Conversion Analyst to work closely with clients during the implementation of their banking solutions. The role involves examining data files, facilitating data mapping, and guiding clients through the conversion process while providing training and support.

Responsibilities
Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization
Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted
Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs
Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly
Training customers on new systems and procedures
Qualification
Required
five or more years loan operations experience
knowledge of FIS IBS loan system
Commercial Lending experience
experience with the Secondary Mortgage Market
working knowledge of reporting and remitting of monthly accounting reports to FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA
ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills
a bachelor's in business or a related field or the equivalent experience
Preferred
Financial technology industry experience
Knowledge of FIS IBS loan system
Experience with the Secondary Mortgage Market
Working knowledge of reporting and remitting of monthly accounting reports to FNMA, FHLMC and GNMA
