Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate commercial refrigeration projects from start to finish
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines — and keep them on track
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Oversee job sites for progress, quality, and safety
Support estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation efforts
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to drive results
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing commercial construction or refrigeration projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
PMP certification a plus
