They are seeking a Clinical Director of School-Based Programs to oversee therapeutic interventions supporting children's mental and behavioral health, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities
Oversee and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support the mental and behavioral health of children in the program
Supervising clinical staff
Ensuring quality of treatment
Collaborating with families
Conducting assessments to monitor progress
Leading multidisciplinary team meetings
Providing clinical guidance
Designing individualized care plans to address each child's specific needs
Qualification
Required
LSW/ LISW and LPC/LPCC licensure
Extensive knowledge and experience in Mental Health, and Behavioral Health
Skills in Clinical Supervision and team leadership to effectively manage and mentor staff
Strong background in counseling and child development to support evidence-based treatment approaches
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain excellent communication with staff and families
Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with relevant licensure
Preferred
Experience with family-centered therapy and parent coaching is highly desirable
Prior experience in school-based or pediatric mental health programs is a plus
