Responsibilities
Project team experience utilizing Agile methodologies
Gathering requirements related to changes in the PeopleSoft application
Hands-on functional experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
Working exclusively as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application
Strong SQL skills; ability to write and execute advanced SQL in Oracle and SQL Server
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Past experience as a developer in one or more PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
Solid PeopleTools skills, including Application Engine, PeopleCode, and SQR
Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
Experience with prior PeopleSoft implementations or conversions from legacy systems
Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans
Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and usage
Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems
Experience with Pension Administration systems
Experience with Payroll systems
Expert-level troubleshooting to isolate functional and technical issues
Qualification
Required
5+ - Project team experience utilizing Agile methodologies
6+ - Experience gathering requirements related to changes in the PeopleSoft application
6+ - Hands-on functional experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
6+ - Most recent six years working exclusively as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
8+ - Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application
5+ - Strong SQL skills; ability to write and execute advanced SQL in Oracle and SQL Server
5+ - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
10+ - Experience working in Information Technology
Preferred
2+ - Past experience as a developer in one or more PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
