Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different departments and teams
Create visually compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders. Use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations
Constantly self-improve, in addition to developing other members of the team and promote an environment of teamwork and high professional standards

Required

Minimum Bachelor's Degree
1+ year of relevant experience
Strong data visualization skills and experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt easily to change in dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to industry-specific details
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, tailored to cruise industry stakeholders

Preferred

Preferred experience in cruise industry or hospitality
An understanding of the cruise industry, its unique challenges, and data sources is highly beneficial
