Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, and sprint-level reporting to ensure timely delivery of business value
Drive seamless collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to maximize performance and outcomes
Mentor and coach teams, including Product Owners, on Agile principles, practices, and mindset
Foster a growth mindset and culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Identify, remove, and escalate impediments to maintain team momentum and delivery flow
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and informed decision-making
Enable effective communication within and across teams, promoting transparency and alignment
Empower self-organizing teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to support predictable delivery
Ensure release management practices align with enterprise standards
Maintain Scrum Boards, dashboards, and information radiators to provide visibility into team health, sprint progress, and delivery metrics

Qualification

Required

5+ years of Agile experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
Hands-on experience standing up new Agile teams, including teams new to Agile
Proficient with Agile tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps

Preferred

Advanced certification (ACSM or PSM II)
Strong foundation in Agile project management and business requirements analysis
Experience writing user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria using Gherkin
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate IT concepts to diverse stakeholders
Adaptable, self-motivated, quality-driven team player with strong critical-thinking skills
