Responsibilities
Assist Financial Advisors by answering a variety of in-depth questions on RightCapital’s financial planning software
Manage a large workload of inbound chats and phone calls to aid Financial Advisors in their understanding of the platform
Research, troubleshoot, and submit tickets to our aggregation provider and follow through to resolution
Expand your financial planning and product knowledge through ongoing coaching sessions with our Training Team
Work closely with our Product Support Leads to further develop your research, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills
Stay up to date with frequent product enhancements and new features by participating in training sessions, reading help center materials, and testing functionality
Qualification

Bachelor's (Required)
Ability to Commute: Shelton, CT 06484 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Shelton, CT 06484: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
1+ years of experience in a client services/ customer service/ support role preferred
Financial services experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree (in fields such as in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics) preferred
FINRA Securities Industry Essential (SIE) or similar is a plus
Experience with MAC iOS preferred
Client services: 1 year (Preferred)
