Required

BSME or equivalent with 2–7 years of relevant experience; Master's in Mechanical Engineering is a plus
2-5+ years of experience in the design and fabrication of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems
Hands-on hardware and test experience required. Knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer is required
Proficiency with ANSI Y14.5 drawing standards; understanding of military specifications and aerospace/military environments
Experience in hydraulics, mechanical feed systems, linear controls, basic electronics, and servo-mechanisms
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present to customers
Capable of meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements; strong organizational and prioritization skills

Preferred

Experience with thermal system development, electrical circuits, and control theory is a plus
General machine shop experience is beneficial
