1+ years expMRA mobile experiential is looking for a motivated and creative individual to join their team as an Entry-Level Industrial Design/Program Management Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial design and program management, working closely with design veterans and program managers.

Responsibilities
Assisting Program Managers with scheduling, meeting coordination, and tracking key deliverables across various design projects
Organizing design files, conducting competitive research, preparing presentation decks, and assisting with design review documentation
Serving as the key communication contact between design, engineering, and manufacturing teams
Identifying and implementing small improvements to make our project workflow smoother and more efficient
Qualification
Required
Experience or coursework in Industrial Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field
A hyper-organized mind that thrives on checklists and deadlines
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
A 'roll up your sleeves' attitude—no task is too small or too big
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and/or Canada (or able to obtain necessary travel/work documentation for both locations)
Preferred
Degree preferred, but not required! We value talent and drive above all else
Interior Design experience is also highly helpful!
