Responsibilities
Fund Accounting: Oversee all aspects of fund accounting and quarterly reporting through Partner Capital Statement sign-offs
Financial Reporting: Manage annual audits, prepare GAAP financial statements, and ensure timely regulatory filings such as Form PF
Valuation Oversight: Lead quarterly portfolio valuations using PE-style methodologies (DCF, comparables, replacement cost)
Loan Servicing: Review and track loan agreements, payments, and receipts while coordinating with borrowers and investment teams
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate loan files and ensure compliance with UCC, insurance, and custodial requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
6-12 years of experience in fund accounting, auditing, or controllership within private credit, private equity, or alternative investments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with fund accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., Investran, Geneva, or Wall Street Office)
Strong understanding of private credit structures, loan servicing, valuation methodologies, and regulatory reporting (GAAP, Form PF)
Analytical and detail-oriented finance leader with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills who excels in fast-paced investment environments
