Responsibilities
You will develop and maintain the database for all hospital contracts. Database to be updated continually as new contracts/agreements are initiated and renewed
You will manage the Directors’ and Manager’s offices to include maintaining filing systems and performing a wide variety of clerical/secretarial duties
You will coordinate appointment calendars for the senior leaders
You will monitor contract database on a monthly basis to see what contracts are coming due and when. Makes appropriate administrator aware of contract expiration dates and waits for direction as to whether or not the contract is to be renewed, revised or terminated
You will oversee proper medical and office supply ordering by each department designee
You will ensure updated forms/orders are available to each unit
You will work with hospital materials management department to ensure proper supply processing
Maintains and sustains professional ethics and promotes patient’s bill of rights
Organizes and completes work in a timely and professional manner
Qualification
Preferred
Basic Knowledge of Medical terminology
Three years of experience in a hospital setting
Associate's degree
