Responsibilities
Responsible for completing semi-routine policy contract changes and disbursements
Apply knowledge of products, regulatory requirements and policy provisions in order to research and resolve customer requests and inquiries
Enter semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system with moderate supervision
May provide back up support to Call Center
Collaborates with internal partners to reach resolution
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED with 2 – 4 years of related experience
