Responsibilities
Conduct air emissions inventories and regulatory applicability analyses
Prepare and review air permit applications (NSR, Title V, PSD) and compliance reports
Perform air dispersion modeling (AERMOD, ISC-PRIME) and interpret results
Support environmental impact assessments and risk evaluations
Communicate technical findings clearly to clients, regulators, and internal teams
Stay current with evolving federal and state air quality regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Atmospheric Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
3-8 years of experience in air quality consulting, permitting, or regulatory compliance
Familiarity with EPA and state-specific air regulations
Proficiency with modeling tools (AERMOD, ISC-PRIME) and emissions calculation software
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
EIT or PE license preferred but not required
