Vice President of Sales
Storm4 is a fast-growing energy services company delivering demand response and grid flexibility solutions to commercial and industrial customers across the United States. The Vice President of Sales will own and scale the commercial sales function for demand response, focusing on building a high-performing sales team and driving predictable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the national sales strategy for C&I demand response offerings
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing direct and partner sales organization
Establish a disciplined sales operating rhythm including forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking
Own revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and reporting to executive leadership
Design and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and CRM hygiene
Drive consistent deal execution across enterprise and multi-site customers
Develop and manage channel partnerships (ESCOs, brokers, consultants)
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation, messaging, and conversion
Ensure tight alignment between sales, operations, and delivery teams to support scalable growth
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in energy, demand response, energy efficiency, or related C&I energy services sales
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of C&I customer buying cycles and utility/ISO demand response programs
Experience selling complex, multi-site, or enterprise energy solutions
Strong executive presence with the ability to sell to facility, energy, and sustainability leaders
Data-driven mindset with experience owning forecasts, KPIs, and revenue targets
Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and sales teams
