Responsibilities

Provide quality, consultative coaching to the field for investment advisory tools and applications, such as Unified Advisory Trading, ICapital, Single Order Entry, Advanced Order Entry, Bond Center, and any future applications

Act as a subject matter expert on advisory applications for field and other key business partners

Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area

Participate in all required training, testing, and remain current on all application releases and updates

Assist with initiatives and deliverables and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance

Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders

Provide in-bound phone and email support to field users on advisory applications, as needed

Offer escalation assistance for advisory platforms, collaborating with internal partners to resolve matters quickly and efficiently

Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives

May provide training and onboarding to new or less experienced staff
