Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end PeopleSoft FSCM implementations and enhancements
Interface with business stakeholders and drive requirement gathering, configuration, build, testing, and UAT
Own delivery across support and development programs
Collaborate in an Onshore–Offshore delivery model
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT experience
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AR, AM, T&E, Cash Management)
Expertise in PeopleTools: Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, BI Publisher
Good working knowledge of Oracle Database PL/SQL
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa
