SIOP Process & Execution Leader

This role is responsible for executing and improving the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment of demand and supply plans across the organization to support customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure operational alignment of demand and supply plans across the organization to drive clear and effective decision-making
Accountable for all SIOP-related operating rhythms, KPI management, and operational and process improvements; facilitates connectivity across program, engineering and operating partners
Interprets complex internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work
Responsible for standard work creation and adherence for SIOP-related processes within the New Product Introduction Value Stream Map. Conduct training and follow-up to ensure adoption
Lead continuous improvement efforts and coach peers on tools and strategies to benefit operating metrics
Facilitate strong partnership across key functions - including Buying, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Planning and Execution, etc
Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others
Operate in gray space to provide structure and process rigor

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college + Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.(or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain

Preferred

Experience in SIOP, or Demand / Supply Planning, or Shop Operations or Sourcing / Procurement
Experience within procurement, ideally in Aerospace sector
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
