Responsibilities
Perform detailed analysis of large contractor personnel datasets to ensure accuracy and identify inconsistencies
Investigate, resolve, and document data discrepancies
Support migration of business units into a centralized Field & Contractor Oversight program
Identify and assess business requirements related to onboarding and provisioning processes
Develop, assign, and validate provisioning job templates
Verify that system and process changes are completed accurately and within established timelines
Review cybersecurity and phishing-related data to identify trends
Support reporting and analysis efforts for vendors and senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analysis of large datasets
Strong customer service and user-experience focus
Excellent communication skills across multiple channels (email, messaging platforms, phone, and meetings)
Experience managing and analyzing complex datasets with multiple attributes
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong time-management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
