Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure customer engagement and retention
Achieve targeted sales goals while managing the assigned sales channel effectively
Analyze regional market trends to tailor approaches for maximum impact

Required

1-3 years of experience in the insurance sector, specializing in sales and business development

In-depth knowledge of sales processes within the Insurance domain, particularly motor and general insurance products
Proven ability to manage relationships with POSPs or agents
Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and retention mechanisms
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective channel ownership
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively deal with clients and team members
Adept at training and mentoring new POSPs or agents, enhancing their productivity levels
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to resolve conflicts swiftly
Solid understanding of the regional market dynamics in Buldhana or similar areas
