Responsibilities
Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure that powers core product capabilities at scale
Build proprietary solutions (sync engines, observability pipelines, DNS management systems) that differentiate Files.com
Engineer infrastructure for speed, resilience, and maintainability across high-volume, distributed workloads
Implement security layers, access control, and compliance automation without adding developer friction
Reduce manual operations to zero by improving automation with Terraform, Chef, and related tools
Participate in on-call rotations for routine infrastructure events, while building systems that reduce incidents long-term
Contribute to patterns, runbooks, and best practices that keep the team productive and efficient
Qualification
Required
