Responsibilities

Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)

Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination

Procurement of construction materials

Monitor project costs in real-time (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors)

Prepare monthly or quarterly cost-to-complete reports

Update cost reports regularly and flag any variances

Compare actual costs against budgeted amounts

Compare planned progress vs. actual progress in terms of cost and schedule

Evaluate whether the project is ahead/behind schedule or over/under budget
