Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices in close cooperation with our accounting firm in the US and the LB team in Amsterdam
Process supplier payments
Process bank statements
Process credit card expenses and ensure timely submission of expense reports
Monitor debtors’ aging and action on (potential) overdue amounts
Close the month in close cooperation with our accounting firm and review their accounting package
Process sales transactions
Process bank transactions
Book month-end journals
Prepare monthly reconciliations (i.e. balance sheet accounts)
Preparation of the audit file
Qualification
Required
A degree in accounting, finance or related field
2-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar bookkeeping role
Excellent skills in Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in an international and multi-entity environment is a plus
