Responsibilities
Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to document enterprise applications, platforms, and integrations
Maintain an accurate inventory of systems, including ownership, business purpose, dependencies, and lifecycle status
Analyze application usage to identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and consolidation opportunities
Develop and maintain system diagrams, architecture views, and process documentation
Support enterprise architecture governance efforts, including preparation of materials for technical and architectural reviews
Translate business requirements into technical inputs to support architecture assessments and planning
Collaborate with application owners, analysts, and operations teams to ensure system documentation remains current
Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements to enterprise architecture processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, business analysis, or enterprise technology support
Demonstrated experience documenting enterprise applications, systems, and integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience creating technical documentation, workflows, and architecture diagrams
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts, frameworks, or methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
Experience with EA repositories, IT portfolio tools, or diagramming platforms
