Responsibilities
Assist with monthly close processes and financial reporting
Set up customer accounts, payroll allocation, and manage job closures
Prepare financial reports, including aging schedules and WIP summaries
Process invoices and assist with credit card reconciliations
Respond to audit requests with accurate documentation
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy
Take on additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Solid foundation in accounting principles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with general accounting systems
Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
Preferred
CPA certification or eligibility is a plus
Familiarity with financial systems such as Spectrum or similar platforms
