Recruitment Technology Analyst

Responsibilities

Act as a Product Analyst within CMS and CRM and project Integrations, including:
Requirements gathering, design, development, and testing
Participate in requirements validation and feasibility analysis with respect to CMS and CRM
Create high level and detailed design specification that will enable and help troubleshooting day to day build activities
Assist the Vendor team in CRM Integration configuration/customization for different environments
Possess knowledge and experience with different phases of testing (user testing, quality testing, user acceptance testing)
You will utilize business intelligence reporting and website analytics tools to build out actionable insight dashboards, identify opportunities for more effective digital content strategies
You will gather and analyze metrics such as application drop off rates, site bounce rates, average time spent on the site, number of unique visitors, and number of actions taken per visitor. You will then use these insights to make recommendations to changes in site content strategy, site design, etc
You will ensure content, sites, and apps meet WCAG (web content accessibility guidelines) Level AA compliance and quality assurance standards
You will provide support for QA, UAT, and smoke tests for new implementations and enhancements
Work on assignments involving the use of various technologies both old and new
Complete assignments on time
Work as part of a team and work independently
Able to establish and meet due dates
Provide after hours/on-call support as needed
Can resolve simple to complex production support issues
Actively participates in meetings
Able to build strong relationships within department and with other project team members
Looks for ways to improve how and what we develop and makes suggestions
Take ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals
Expected to multitask
You will work within an agile environment; Capable of accurately sizing efforts and meeting deadlines within sprints

Required

Bachelor's degree Required
3+ years of experience in Recruiting or related role Required
Understanding of end-to-end Physician & Provider Recruitment processes Required
Spreadsheet/Excel power user Required
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and quickly Required

Preferred

Select Degree Level - Preferred
Proficiency with Technology tools (including, but not limited to Modern Hire, Salesforce, Talemetry, Ongig, LinkedIn or other sourcing tools) Preferred
Working knowledge in various ATS (Taleo, Infor, Salesforce)
Experience working with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and external vendors Preferred
