They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to identify and engage top-tier Backend and Mobile engineers, managing the full-cycle recruiting process and collaborating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities
Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to uncover passive talent for Backend (Java, Go, Python) and Mobile (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin) roles
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on speed, quality, and closing high-caliber engineers
Collaborate deeply with hiring managers to understand technical nuances, team dynamics, and calibrate searches in real-time
Screen candidates for actual technical competency, assessing their grasp of distributed systems or mobile architecture before moving them forward
Engage technical candidates across multiple channels (GitHub, StackOverflow, niche forums) using creative and personalized approaches
Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, acting as an advocate and guide from the first outreach to the final offer
Serve as a positive ambassador of our company and culture to all candidates
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a specific focus on Backend and Mobile engineering roles
Hunter mentality; you prefer proactive sourcing and engaging with candidates over building reports and analyzing data
Strong technical fluency; you understand the difference between languages and frameworks and can vet candidates credibly
Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, X-ray sourcing, and creative outreach techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of negotiating complex offers
Genuine passion for the 'chase' and building world-class engineering teams
Preferred
Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
