Responsibilities
Perform structural modeling, analysis, and design for gravity and lateral design of structures, including concrete, masonry, and steel members
Produce construction documents for new design and restoration projects
Perform site visits to observe construction
Assist with restoration projects for existing structures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited University
Strong computer, writing, time management, communication, and team skills
Solid knowledge of structural engineering
Engineering Intern or Engineering in Training Certification, or the ability to obtain it
3+ years of experience in structural design
Coursework in Structural Analysis, Concrete Design, and Structural Steel Design
Preferred
Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering
Experience in structural design of precast, large multifamily residential, hotel/hospitality, and/or parking
