Responsibilities
Conduct sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening using enterprise screening tools
Review and analyze alerts related to sanctioned individuals, entities, and high-risk parties
Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) through internal systems and open-source research
Document investigative findings clearly and accurately in accordance with internal standards
Collaborate with lines of business and market compliance teams to resolve screening results
Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to financial crimes
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate with strong attention to detail in investigation, analysis, and documentation
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to conduct computer-based and internet research effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field
Graduation window between 2022 and 2025
Demonstrated interest in compliance, investigations, or financial crime prevention
0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply
Candidates should be eager to learn and grow; heavy corporate experience is not preferred
