Responsibilities
Define and own the company’s product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
Lead the development of a comprehensive product roadmap to drive customer engagement and business growth
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities
Define and execute the product's AI strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs
Translate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, ML, predictive analytics, generative models) into actionable product opportunities
Build and mentor a high-performing global product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Set clear goals, expectations, and accountability for the product team to drive impact and results
Act as a thought leader and coach, inspiring the team to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Mentor PMs on AI literacy — helping them identify opportunities where AI can create value
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery and continuous iteration
Collaborate closely with R&D, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions
Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products address user needs and drive satisfaction
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define and execute GTM strategies
Engage with key customers to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and advocate for their needs
Monitor and measure product performance using KPIs such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
Continuously refine product processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Qualification
Required
10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within SaaS or enterprise software companies
Proven success in scaling product organizations and launching innovative solutions
Experience in the financial services, digital experience, or related industries
Preferred
Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience applying AI-driven capabilities to products (e.g., automation, predictive insights, personalization, or generative features)
