Responsibilities
Scheduling provider offices using mail, fax, electronic systems, and field‑based methods
Coordinating with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely and efficient appointment scheduling
Sharing assignment details with onshore and offshore teams across the U.S., India, and the Philippines
Responding to provider inquiries and researching updates as needed
Supporting inbound calls and managing internal and external correspondence
Maintaining high productivity to meet daily and weekly deadlines
Resolving issues and implementing solutions while escalating unresolved concerns appropriately
Following project protocols and consistently meeting quality standards
Completing special assignments as required by leadership
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Required
Outbound call experience
HIPPA Guidelines
Quiet/private space to work
HIPPA compliant work space required (private, no interruptions, professional)
