Lead and architect SRE initiatives across platforms and services
Drive end-to-end setup, implementation, and optimization of SRE practices
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability
Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for SRE execution
Act as a technical leader and trusted advisor to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading and architecting SRE programs
Strong hands-on background with end-to-end SRE implementation
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (must be outstanding)
Ability to lead execution, not just design strategy
