Business Development Manager
EVONA is a rapidly scaling space and geospatial intelligence company seeking a Business Development Manager focused on the NRO customer set. The role involves deepening existing relationships and expanding footprint within the national security space, requiring expertise in the NRO ecosystem and strong stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic NRO relationships, expanding activity beyond current programs
Drive sustained pipeline growth across classified space and GEOINT missions
Engage senior customer stakeholders across mission, technical, and operational teams
Partner closely with internal sales and BD teams supporting the same customer base
Represent the business at classified briefings, industry events, and regional forums
Act as a trusted advisor within a highly embedded national security environment
Qualification
Required
Business development or sales experience within national security, aerospace, or space technology
Proven NRO sales experience, with strong knowledge of GEOINT operations and mission environments
US citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance
Track record of expanding and growing existing government accounts
Comfortable operating in long-cycle, relationship-driven federal sales
Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
Willingness to travel regularly within the region
