They are seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to architect and deliver their entire channel strategy from scratch, focusing on building a high-impact partner ecosystem and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit and secure new channel partners—particularly MSPs—to expand our market reach and strengthen our presence within regulated industries
Work closely with partners to help generate revenue and deliver against agreed sales targets
Manage your pipeline and sales activity, producing clear and accurate forecasts
Manage and nurture our existing partner network, ensuring strong relationships and effective execution of joint sales strategies
Provide ongoing enablement, training and product knowledge, ensuring partners are equipped to sell confidently and consistently
Define what “good” looks like for channel success—establishing metrics, performance frameworks and processes to measure partner health and opportunity
Drive continuous engagement and support to maximise the long-term value of partner relationships
Exceed revenue targets and work closely with internal teams to execute successful go-to-market campaigns through channel partners
Address partner challenges proactively, providing strategic support that drives mutual success

Required

3+ years experience working in a channel or partner-focused role with a SaaS company
Proven track record of building a channel programme from scratch — sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding channel partners including MSP's
Hands-on operator with the drive and tenacity to build and scale channel business toward an aggressive multi-million target over the next 3 years
Able to define what “good” looks like in a channel partner, set success metrics, and build frameworks for onboarding, enablement and performance
Strong relationship builder with experience driving long-term partner engagement and commercial outcomes

Preferred

Any experience in compliance, archiving, information governance, or Unified Communications would be ideal but not a must
Exposure to Financial Services or other regulated industries would also be helpful given our ICP
