Performs responsible secretarial, administrative and clerical work in support of efficient and effective Parks and Community Services Department operations
Prepares a variety of forms, requisitions, records, reports and correspondence as necessary
Processes department time sheets and assists with budget preparation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Two to three years of general secretarial and/or administrative experience
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities
