Qualification
Required
Must be located in the United States and eligible for employment
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Meet or exceed daily sales activities (outbound calls, quotes provided, talk-time, product sales)
Willingness to invest in yourself and think long-term as an insurance & financial services advisor
Must obtain Texas Insurance Licenses prior to starting and being employed by the office. Both are preferred. Exam study materials & license fee is reimbursed upon joining and becoming employed by the office. Bonuses available for passing exams
Property & Casualty License and/or
Life & Health License
Eventually the individual must obtain securities licenses which would include studying for & passing the SIE, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses. State Farm would sponsor you for any other license requirements such as the Series 6
Comfortable and motivated by a compensation structure that includes both a base salary & commission

Ability to demonstrate sincerity and a genuine interest in helping others protect themselves from everyday risks
Basic knowledge of insurance and insurance products - a willingness to learn more about the industry & State Farm product offerings
