Challenge risk and control self-assessments, metrics, and indicators
Oversee risk reporting, KRIs, and remediation tracking
Provide risk oversight of major cyber and data-related initiatives
Engage with senior stakeholders, audit, and regulators
Mentor junior team members and support framework enhancements
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in cyber, information security, or data risk management
Mandatory financial services experience in a regulated environment
Strong ERM / ORM framework knowledge
Exposure to data governance, data quality, or data risk
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global organisation
