Responsibilities
Lead project teams on water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, collection and distribution systems, and regional system planning
Provide technical oversight to ensure designs meet the highest standards and regulatory requirements
Coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels
Develop asset management plans, system mapping strategies, and other strategic engineering deliverables
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring projects align with their goals and expectations
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering professional development and knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related discipline)
7+ years of municipal water/wastewater design experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within six months
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software
Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
