Enterprise Account Manager
Zogo is a financial education company that has partnered with over 250 financial institutions. They are seeking a focused and highly motivated Enterprise Account Manager to act as a liaison between top Enterprise clients and the Zogo team, ensuring successful onboarding and maintenance of enterprise accounts while driving revenue through renewals and upsells.

Responsibilities
Determining and understanding the needs and problems of an enterprise clientele in order to effectively enable Zogo as a solution
Reporting to Lead Enterprise Account Manager
Effectively onboard clientele using relevant tools and software
Consistently meeting and exceeding enterprise client expectations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and effectively responding to change when needed
Coordinating with Client Success, Revenue, Marketing, and Product team members
Collaborating on data documentation, reporting, and metric tracking
Operational excellence to meet and exceed the needs of a developing team
Understanding areas of growth per account by leveraging established relationships and building new ones with clientele
Driving adoption and growth by fostering strong, collaborative relationships with customers, and acting as a trusted advisor for their specific needs
Proactively identify and mitigate risks for customers at different stages in the customer lifecycle
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights, contributing to the enhancement of Zogo's products and services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience (with examples) of building trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise customers
The ideal candidate is 3-5 years years of experience or proven experience as an Account Manager, CSM, Sales, or similar role
Well-spoken and comfortable speaking / presenting
Demonstrated success with account management involving six-figure ARR deals
Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, and obtain results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and manage competing priorities
Excited to join a fast-growing, fintech startup
Strong customer focus and service orientation
Experience working with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom, to conduct virtual meetings
Preferred
Preferred experience with SaaS products and/or products within the fintech space
Preferred experience using Zoom, GSuite, Hubspot (or another CRM platform)
