Responsibilities
Conduct thorough user research to gain insights into the needs, behaviors, and pain points of enterprise users interacting with integration platforms
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually stunning interface designs
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback
Deepen your understanding of complex enterprise workflows and processes related to integration, and design user interfaces that optimize these processes while ensuring usability and accessibility
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design for enterprise software, and leverage this knowledge to continuously enhance the user experience of our platform
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate design decisions and drive iterative improvements to the user interface
Qualification
Required
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
Experience designing for complex workflows and data-intensive applications within the enterprise software landscape
Bachelor's or advanced degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on enterprise business applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar
A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, particularly for enterprise applications, is required
Residence in or within easy daily commuting distance from Manhattan, NY
Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future
Preferred
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus
