NEOGOV is seeking a self-starter to join their Recruiting team as a Recruiter I. In this entry-level position, you will implement full-cycle recruiting for the City, including entering requisitions, preparing job bulletins, screening applications, and negotiating job offers.

Responsibilities

Work with Recruiting team and hiring managers to support recruitment strategies and timelines

Respond to emerging recruiting needs and provide support as needs arise

Review applications to evaluate qualifications

Work with hiring managers to develop and review interview questions and panels

Participate in the City’s recruitment outreach efforts, including community career fairs and events, working alongside team members; occasional evening and weekend hours may be required

Communicate with applicants regarding application status and qualifications

Collaborate with the Human Resource team to support the HR service delivery model

Work with supervisor on projects as requested for metrics, tracking, and reporting

Attend related webinars and training workshops as requested

Work with the recruiting team to research and identify effective posting sources

Participate in training for customers in recruitment processes when necessary
