Bilingual Customer Service Rep
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with customers, providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues or complaints.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Resolve customer service or billing concerns by processing returns, issuing refunds, and adjusting invoices as needed
Respond to customer inquiries and communicate updates regarding claim investigations and any resulting adjustments
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further review
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English and Spanish)- Required
2-4 years customer service related experience required
High school diploma or GED preferred
Preferred
