Responsibilities
Design and maintain data platform to efficiently transform, manage, and access data, ensuring robustness and scalability
Contribute to data modeling efforts by drafting design documents and collaborating with Data Scientists to improve data flow and storage
Perform tasks necessary to adhere to Engineering Fundamentals standards, implement solutions to minimize failures, monitor data quality, and share insights for continuous improvement
Implement monitoring protocols across data pipelines, build visualizations to track data health, and contribute to troubleshooting and support activities
Ensure compliance with data handling policies and laws, contribute to data governance and security practices, and help document data lineage and classifications
Support productization of AI/ML solutions in collaboration with Product Engineering teams, Data and Applied Scientists
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
