Responsibilities

Conducts detailed analysis of contract terms, vendor performance, and cost structures to recommend optimal consolidation approaches
Leads the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle for developing and deploying a comprehensive Enterprise IT Budget Tool
Functions as the principal integration liaison between IT governance processes and budget execution/formulation activities, ensuring strategic alignment between technology investment decisions and financial planning
Develops comprehensive policy frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that integrate IT governance review processes with budget planning cycles, incorporating Technology Business Management (TBM) principles

Design or implement comprehensive IT budget tools and frameworks that drive enterprise alignment through strategic planning forums, ensuring cohesive resource allocation
Provide expert advisory support to senior leadership on IT capital planning strategies that shaped the organization's technology investment portfolio and governance framework
