Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate commission and bonus calculations on a monthly basis

Support the plan document auditing process, ensuring accuracy of rates and targets

Engage in ongoing reporting and analysis, validating payments and identifying trends or discrepancies

Support Operations with modeling for commission forecasting, scenario analysis, and compensation plan updates, both during the annual planning process and throughout the fiscal year

Maintain and streamline processes, documentation, and tools related to global commission workflows

Help identify opportunities to improve plans for future fiscal years based on data

Escalate requested exceptions through proper channels, including Finance, HR, and Sales

Provide cross-departmental support through ad hoc reporting or analysis as needed
