Quality Clinic Investigation Manager (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Oversight of the Escape Management Process(s) for the assigned organization
Manage Problem Resolution Team (PRTs) for escapes
Manage customer return process for site
Manage tracking of escape corrective actions for site
Drive personal improvement in RCCA & 8D competency
Participate in Quality Clinic and RCCA Discipline process improvement events
Foster and maintain cooperative relationship with Program Quality, Product Recall, and leverage clinic to clinic interaction across the enterprise

Required

BS in an Engineering or Manufacturing related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Familiarity with 8D & RCCA is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Ability to understand and interpret engineering technical data, such as manufacturing or part drawings, to provide guidance to cross functional teams
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, strong presentation, planning, problem solving, organizational, project management and decision-making skills
Work experience with government regulatory agencies
Knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100, AS9102, & ISO
Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management, external customers, and government agencies
Certification in Red-X / 6 Sigma / similar data driven problem solving approach preferred
