P6 Scheduler
Responsibilities
Develop and manage resource-loaded schedules in Primavera
Utilize project management approaches, tools, and phases of a project life cycle
Analyze project schedules and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure project timelines are met
Communicate project details effectively to all stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients
Lead projects when required, supporting the Project Manager in achieving project goals
Manage multiple projects and tasks under the pressure of deadlines and shifting priorities
Prepare and present reports on project status and progress
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in developing and managing resource-loaded schedules in Primavera
Strong knowledge of project management approaches, tools, and phases of a project life cycle
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and Access
Strong oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under the pressure of deadlines and shifting priorities
Ability to effectively communicate project details to all project stakeholders
Ability to take the project lead when required in support of the Project Manager
Preferred
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
Experience in a similar industry or field
