Lead CCaaS platform implementation and configuration
Configure operational settings, users/teams, queues, routing, and agent assignments
Build and optimize chat workflows and agent desktop
Develop integrations using Google SDKs and APIs
Collaborate on technical alignment and delivery
Apply best practices for scalability, security, and performance
Document configurations and integrations
Mentor teams and provide knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
Lead/Senior experience with Google CCaaS
Expertise in CCaaS configuration (settings, queues, routing, chat, agent desktop)
Strong Google SDKs/APIs and integration skills
Proven chat‑based CCaaS delivery
Excellent remote collaboration skills
Preferred
GCP experience
Contact center/telecom familiarity
Conversational AI/Agent Assist exposure
